In this thesis I try to present findings of my dissertation work, which It has been inscription of question non-profit sector, comprehensive as non-government so non-state organization. Merits presence due, as well as election subject dissertation work, was endeavour to definition and analyse problems of development non-profit sector and look form another ways for his development.
