The purpose of this chapter is to analyze the legal sanctions as they are imposed on various subjects on the Financial Market. The financial Market in this chapter is observed as the concept unifying capital market, money market, banking market, insurance market and other related markets regarding finances as the legal relations having money as their object. The main part of chapter is formed by the analysis of public law sanctions on the Financial Market, but also private law sanctions and organizational and procedural aspects of the legal sanctions on Financial Market are discussed.

Cílem této kapitoly je zanalyzovat právní sankce, jak jsou uplatňovány na různé subjekty na finančním trhu. Finanční trh v této kapitole je nazírán jako pojem sjednocující kapitálový trh, peněžní trh, trh peněz, bankovnictví, pojišťovnictví a jiné příbuzné trhy týkající se financí jakožto právních vztahů, jejichž předmětem jsou peníze. Hlavní částí kapitoly je analýza sankcí na finančním trhu z pohledu veřejného práva, ale i sankce z pohledu práva soukromého a organizační a procedurální aspekty právních sankcí na finančním trhu jsou diskutovány.
