Příspěvek předkládá problematiku funginózních ran z obecného hlediska , včetně doporučených postupů v jejich diagnostice a léčbě. Doplňujícíc informace jsou věnovány prezentaci tří zajímavých případůl formou krátkých kazuistik u nemocných s exulcerujícími malignémi ranami s nimiž autorky přišly do styku v rámci klinické praxe. Cílem příspěvku je nejen přiblížit problematiku funginózních ran, ale také čtenáři pomoci pochopit strategii péče o osoby s exulcerovanými defekty a významnou roli depistáže.

The paper presents problem of fungating wounds from a general point of view including reccommended procedures of their diagnostic and treatment. Additional information deals with the preserntation of three interesting cases in a form of short case historie of the patients with exulcerating malignant wounds , who were in concatc with the authors in their clinical practice. The aim of the article is not only to clarify the problems if fungating wound but to helps readers in understanding the strategy of the care of patients with exulcerating defects and a significant role of the screening.
