The bachelor thesis will focus on a managerial problem in a specific organization. The aim of the thesis will be to apply a project management method to design a structured project plan of a project aiming to solve the selected managerial problem in a company.

Procedure and methods used: The thesis will include a critical review of the current state of knowledge in the field of project management. and the subject problem area. This will be followed by a case study. The student will tailor a chosen project management methodology, and show its application through planning a case project aiming to solve a selected  management problem.
