Zadání práce
The aim of the thesis is to present and discuss the concept of resilient teams and ecosystems as a basic assumption for managing an organisation in today’s Digital Age. The thesis will clarify why this concept is needed these days, and how it differs from the contemporary concept of organisation. The thesis will provide concrete examples of how the findings can be used in this context and elaborate on the possible problems associated with the concept. The thesis should place the findings in the context of existing literature on the matter, which should be surveyed and understood.
