Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem mezinárodních investičních arbitráží na zahraniční politiku. Práce si klade za cíl vyhodnotit, zda mezinárodní investiční mají vliv na zahraniční politiku a jsou-li jedním z determinantů zahraniční politiky. Budou v ní analyzována rozhodnutí mezinárodních investičních arbitráží, v nichž účastníky byli Česká republika a němečtí investoři, působící v ČR, a následně jaký dopad měla tato rozhodnutí na zahraniční politiku s protistranou. Práce si klade za cíl určit, zda spory z investičních arbitráží mají obecně vliv na zahraniční politiku a jedná se tak o jeden z determinantů zahraniční politiky, Či zda vliv je patrný pouze v individuálních případech. Práce je psaná v angličtině. In English: The bachelor thesis deals with the impact of international investment arbitrations on foreign policy. The thesis aims to evaluate whether the international investment has an impact on foreign policy and if they are one of the determinants of foreign policy. It will analyze the decisions of international investment arbitrations, in which the participants were the Czech Republic and German investors operating in the Czech Republic, and subsequently what impact these decisions had on foreign policy with the counterparty. The thesis aims to determine whether disputes arising from investment arbitration have a general effect on foreign policy and is thus one of the determinants of foreign policy, or whether the effect is apparent only in individual cases. The thesis is written in English.
