Abstract
It is a co-ed course and deals with the devolopment of individual long-distance skills, the outdoor cycling technique and mastering of the basic principles of the orientation related to the outdoor cycling.

cvičení, zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: -1x možná absence bez omluvy -2x institucionální omluvenka -3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
