Abstract
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle At several first lessons students are provided with the operating instructions and the basic body building programmes in the gym including stretching. Later on students train individually according to their individual body building programmes consulted with their lecturers.The theoretical part includes the knowledge of body building programme formed according to the gender, fitness, aims, muscle dysbalances, nutritional possibilities and training.
Key topics

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time

General note: Česky/English: Pro muže i ženy, zkušenosti nejsou nutné. S sebou: sportovní oblečení, pevná obuv. For men and women, there is not pressumed any experiences. It is necessery to have clothes for sport, confinet shoes.
