- Abstract
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Kick Box Aerobics - advanced - it is highly aerobic fitness exercise which uses basic elements of kick boxing (kicks, strokes, stances). Strenght,persistence and flexibility are improved via the combination of basic elements and simple choreographies. The training also improves bloodstream fitness, spacial orientation, the sense for balance,release of negative emotions and self-confidence.It also intoduces the methods used for the development of muscle endurance, strenght and Kick-box Aerobics teaching methods.

- Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
- The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time

- General note: Teorie a praxe kick box aerobiku, vysoce aerobní kondiční cvičení, které využívá základních prvků bojového umění kick-box ( kopy, údery, postoje). Klade důraz na správné provádění základních úderů, kopů, zvládnutí techniky postojů.
