Abstract
At the end of the course students should be able to: - understand and explain the content of outdoor activities; - work with information from sphere of outdoor activities ; - create own lesson of various activity in the nature ; - make reasoned decisions about outdoor activity; - interpret the knowledge from outdoor lesson ;

Thematic blocks: - basics of orientation in terrain and unfamiliar environment - orientation in easy conditions with orienteering maps - orientation competition in a larger area - low rope traverses - high rope traverses - basics of canoeing - improvement of canoe control technique - basics of bouldering - basics of roped climbing, rappel - bouldering - marked routes movement - nordic walking

Za sportovní oděv nesou považovány kalhoty typ rifle, jeans apod. Výuka začíná 5.10.2009.
