Course objectives

Fitball Aerobics - It is aerobic and body building exercise which uses big inflatable balls and music.It is reccomended for those who have problems with the spinal column, pelvis and hip joints.The lesson is divided into fitness, body building, straightening and relaxing parts. It is highly suitable for the improvement of the muscle tonus,the muscles stretch and relaxation. It is a part of post-traumatic rehabilitation.

cvičení, zápočet Zápočet je studentům udělen za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí ít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce
