- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic jogging techniques and bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own body - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:

- 1. The practice of correct techniques of jogging
- 2. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuilding exercises using the weight of your own body

The course can also be completed outside the examination period.
The course is taught each semester. - Teacher's information
- All the information on PE courses can be found at www.fsps.muni.cz/cus/. The course is focused on the development of strength and endurance skills. Interval methods are used, with the emphasis on the correct technique of running, and on the correct performance of basic strength training (mainly bodybuilding with our own weight is employed).
