- Abstract
- The main objectives of the course are the following:
- to introduce the characteristics of group fitness classes (choreographic classes, conditioning classes, Body and Mind classes) and their structure
- to make a list of strengthening exercises for different parts of the body (legs, arms, abdomen…..)
- to introduce other accessories used in the gym (f.ex. over balls, fit balls, bosu, elastic bands, rollers, gliding pads, etc.) suitable for strengthening of different muscle groups - Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students should be able to:

design a warm-up based on the basic principles of choreographic classes

perform exercises safely and correctly

compile a set of strengthening exercises

apply these exercises in practice
