Teaching methods
Lectures, group work at seminars, study of literature, ongoing work on a team project.
Assessment methods
To be admitted to the exam, it is necessary to pass the intermediate test and prepare and present a seminar paper, which has the character of a local employment project, at the student conference at the end of the semester. Students present projects in the form of a poster, which includes 1) identification of key problems of a selected specific group of people on the labor market and 2) proposal of goals and key activities aimed at increasing their employment/employability. The processing of the poster and its presentation and discussion are the points evaluated. The final exam takes the form of a written knowledge test and is also scored. The student's final assessment is given by the sum of points from the final written test and from the presented project.
