Abstract
The course aims to present all aspects of adult education and development in organizations in connection with strategic management of organizations and management of work performance. The course focuses mainly on the analysis of educational needs and targets, the methodology of adult education, evaluation, and the psychosocial specifics of adult education.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able to: analyze educational needs in the organization, set goals for education and development in the organization, and project and evaluate educational activities with regard to the psychosocial specifics of adult education in the context of strategic management of the organization.
