Course objectives
The aim is to deepen student´s knowledge of Civil Procedure Law. The study will be focused mainly on judicial decisions, evidence and judicial remedies.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
Understand to all basic concepts and institutes and explain them in the historical context;
Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations;
Make independently some pleadings;
Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations;
Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations;
Interpret the procedural regulations in line with the judicial practice.

  • Judgment.
  • Payment order.
  • Noncontentious proceedings.
  • Court fees and other expenses of procedure.
  • Systems of judicial remedies.
  • Appeal.
  • Extraordinary judicial remedies.
  • Proceedings according to the part V. of the Civil procedure code.
  • Administrative justice.
  • Alternative dispute resolution.

Teaching methods
Active attendance of seminars, execution of some written submissions, knowledge of selected literature and case law, tests and attendance of a court.
