EU Law I - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The purpose of this course is to provide students with details on the legal regulation of EU internal market and different common policies (competition, tax law, consumer protection, external trade relations etc.), including former second and third EU pillars. Particular attention is paid to the constitutional development (Lisbon Treaty). At the end of the course student will be able to orientate well in the legal regulation of EU activities in different areas.

- The student will be able to apply EU law in legal practice and understand the limits of national law arising from it
