Course objectives
The aim of the course is to expose the students to various types of authentic legal texts - both written and oral.
Syllabus
  • Exploring and working with the texts relating to the following fields: Family Law, Judiciary in France, Administrative Courts, Common Courts, Civil Procedure, Judicature - Comparisons, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Seminární výuka v celkovém rozsahu 4 semestry. Podmínkou získání zápočtu je účast a aktivní práce v seminářích a úspěšný zápočtový test.
