Course objectives
Main objectives of the course can be summarized as follows: - to give to students of bachelory course the elementary knowledges about general terms and institutions of Civil Law, - to give to students a basis for study of specific institutions and relationssghips of Civil Law in the next semester. The course has been oriented to the study and practical use of various notions, system relations and main institutions of general part of Civil Law.
Syllabus
  • Subject-matter I: The notion and the function of the Civil Law. The position of the Civil Law in the general system of Law. The own system of Civil Law. Subject-matter II: Civil relationship and its components. Natural and legal persons. Zastoupení. Thing in the juridical sense and others objects of Civil Law relationship. Rights and obligations as the content of civil relationship. Protection of civil rights.
