Course objectives
The main objective of this course is to equip students with basic knowledge of basic issues and administrative law institutes, as well as certain skills and abilities to apply the acquired knowledge to practical problems.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course the student will be able to: - Understand the essence and mission of administrative law and public administration, - Explain their functions, - Explain their merit, - Focus on case studies, and - Justify selected case study solution.
Syllabus
  • Determination of administrative law, definition of public administration, scientific concept of administrative law and administrative science, sources of administrative law, standards of administrative law, subjects of administrative law, administrative law, public administration, central administrative authorities, territorially deconcentrated state administration bodies, with general competence, the organization of professional and interest self-government, the share of citizens in public administration, administrative new creation and law-making.
