Abstract
Provide an overview of information security and data protection law, especially about practical issues of preparation of personal data protection and cyber security policies.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- describe the relationship between personal data protection and cyber security;
- identify the legal requirements for compliance;
- prepare model compliance documents;
- understand the process of developing internal regulations and policies;
- understand technical and organizational goals and select suitable legal tools.
