  • Biochemie očních tkání, biochemické děje v sítnici, cyklus rhodopsinu a jodopsinu, fyziologie nitrooční tekutiny, nitrooční tlak, cévní zásobení oka a očních adnex, nervové zásobení oka a očních adnex, fyziologie slzného aparátu. Vývoj oka a očních adnex, vrozené vývojové anomálie zrakového orgánu, základní pojmy z genetiky ( Mendelovy zákony, typy dědičnosti, polygenie, heterogenie, eugenika).
