Course objectives
In the course of study, students receive a solid overview of a current knowledge of molecular and cellular biology and human genetics. The seminars will focus on topics concerning storage and expression of genetic information, cell structure and function, cell interactions, basic Mendelian genetics and new knowledge of the human molecular genetics. The knowledge acquired will be the basis for better understanding of other subjects - biochemistry, histology, physiology and introduction to clinical medicine.
