Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with human anatomy in the extent necessary for further study, especially in related subjects of clinical character.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to explain the anatomical description and relations of individual organs and systems - locomotor, respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, urogenital and nervous, and will also be able to clarify the principle relationships between their structure and function, which in the next study are necessary for understanding physiological, pathophysiological and the pathological context necessary to master both theoretical and practical clinical knowledge.
At the end of the course the student should orientate in the human anatomy so that he is able to orientate in medical and nursing documentation and practically manage the actions in the practice.
Syllabus
  • Planes, directions of the human body, tissues, fundamentals of osteology and arthrology,the skull of a newborn. General myology, muscles of the trunk, extremities and the female diaphragma pelvis. Gastrointestinal system: general structure, oral cavity, rectum, large glands, peritoneum, hernias. Respiratory system: upper and lower respiratory tracts, Cardiovascular system: heart, survey of arteries and veins. Urinary system: kidney, formation of urine, urinary tract. Genital system of men and women, muscular fundus of the pelvis. Demonstrations on the models.
