- Course objectives
- Internal medicine is a basic medical branch. Its main feature is integrating and coordinating function.It enables wider survey about the basic diagnostic methods and the course of illness. After completionm of study the student will have the basic knowledge about clinical course of internal disorders,and also to intervene with therapy within the frame of his - her specialization.The students will be able to provide a qualified first aid in acute events.
The content of education tie together with the knowledge on 2nd session. - Syllabus
- Hematology. Polycytemia. Polyglobulia.
- Haematological malignancies
- Bleeding disorders
- Transfusion. Bone marrow.
- Inflamatory point disease. Rheumatoid arthritis. Systemic connective tissue disease.
- Osteoarthrosis. Spinal and back disease.
- Clinical examination of the critically ill patient. Neurological failure. Disorders of heart rate.
- Resuscitation. Defibrillation. Cardioversion. Pacemakers. Shock.
- Pulmonary embolism. Astma . Pneumotorax.
- Critical care of the hematology. Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). Haemophilia. Haemolytic anemia.
- Acute gastrointestinal haemorrhage.
- Critical care of the diabetes mellitus. Hypoglycaemic and diabetic coma.
