- MA0010 Introduction to Didactics of Mathematics
There are no special prerequisites, however, the subject is part of the curricula at the moment in the study in which the students have completed mathematical courses in algebra, graph theory and discrete mathematics. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Abstract
- This course aims to introduce students to selected parts of discrete mathematics.
- Learning outcomes
- THe students will be able to a) use the concepts, b) solve problems and carry out algorithms in more adveanced parts of discrete mathematics.
- Key topics
- 1. Number of set partitions. Bell and Stirling numbers. 2. Partitions and compositions of natural numbers. 3. Pidgeonholes combinatorics. 4. Block schemes. 5. Magic squares. 6. Latin squares. 7. Finite planes. 8. Discrete graph. 9. Vertix coloring and edge coloring in graphs.
