The course is offered to students of any study field.
Abstract
At the end of this course student will have the general knowledge of the basic grammar of Latine language; will be able to read and translate some easier historical sources from Latine to Czech; will have the good pronunciation of Latine idioms used in modern languages and in historical science
Learning outcomes
Student is able to: - to identify verbal and sentence members in Latin text; - Certain grammatical categories for basic vocabulary; - translate from Latin to Czech simple text with historical themes and understand it; - using the dictionary to translate from Latin to Czech Latin Words related to the study field of history; - Read printed Latin texts
