Trávníček, F. Kopečný, K. Svoboda, M. Grepl, P. Karlík, J. Hrbáček and other). There are explained syntactical relations in the compound sentences, classification of the dependent clauses. Criterion of the interpretation of the relations in the compound sentence (co-ordination) and complex sentence (sub-ordination; connection and incorporation of the propositions of the clauses, comp. Grepl, Karlík 1998). Fundamental terms of the textual syntax: text, speech unit, textual unit, sentence as a textual units.
