- Course objectives
- Familiarize students with the theory and practice of systemic human resource management across different types of organizations, with particular emphasis on the context of adult education. Enable students to acquire tools and methods for effective recruitment, selection, placement, onboarding, and performance evaluation of employees, including the specific features of these processes in the education sector. Provide an overview of the fundamental principles of labor relations relevant to education and human resource management, including the practical application of legislative knowledge in managing personnel processes. Develop the ability to critically analyze an organization’s HR policy and propose measures to increase its effectiveness and fairness, with emphasis on supporting lifelong learning and the professional development of employees. Promote an understanding of the importance of human capital, motivation, and organizational culture for the successful functioning of educational institutions and other organizations.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: apply knowledge of HR systems in the processes of employee selection, placement, and performance appraisal within educational institutions as well as other organizations; demonstrate understanding of the fundamental labor law issues related to human resource management and education; apply principles of career development and employee evaluation in accordance with applicable legislation; identify current trends and innovations in human resource management.
