Course objectives
The subject features the issue of educational conceptions appearing in historical cut. The training is focused on analysis of influence of historical period in social context. Thinking and conception of pedagogues with accent on social features of educations. The purpose of studies is to develop knowledges, skills and attitudes in helping professions.
Syllabus
  • Historical – social conditionality of education in antique. 2. Characteristics of education in the period of early and supreme middle ages in Europe. 3. The period of refomation and counter reformation against the backround of the pedagogical – educational approaches. 4. Renaissance thinkers about education, influence of humanism. 5. European pedagogical thinkinkg in 17. century. 6. Characteritics of social changes in period of enlightenment, the new paradigm of education. 7. Influence of scientific-technical revolution on social situation in society and education. 8. Oppinions and practices of abroad social pedagogues. 9. Oppinions and practices of czech social pedagogues. 10. Formation of Czech experimental schools, interwar dispute on conception of Czech pedagogy.
