Course objectives
The seminars are dedicated to video screenings oriented towards individual thematic spheres of the cyber-culture and examples of art of the new media, always with an expert introduction. Main objectives: broaden the knowledge of art using IT and its cultural contexts.

  • 1.) Art-aktivism (documentary)

  • Film – medium of the 20th century:
  • a) F. Léger: Mechanical ballet; b) D. Vertov: Man with a movie-camera; c) Experimental film of the 20s and 30s.
  • 3.) Fantastic pictures – videoclip (TV aesthetics)
  • 4.) Czech media artists on international scene:
