Course objectives
Main objectives of the course can be summarized as follows: to deepen the knowledge of the Spanish grammar with the emphasis on the syntax; to be able to write a short essay or speak about an issue concerning Spanish history, geography and culture.
Syllabus
  • review – Repaso III.
  • the use of subjuntive after conjunctions and in relative clauses
  • the use of subjuntive in clauses of manner; the direct object
  • the use of subjuntive after impersonal phrases, the concordances in spanish
  • the subjuntive of imperfect tense and its use
  • the conditional clauses, the use of subjuntive after vers of thinking
  • the compound futire tense, fractions, the attribute
  • the subjunctive with temporal conjunctions, the absolute participle
  • the infinitive-noun, the compound infinitive, the plural od foreign words, the prepositions in numeral phrases
  • adjectives with ser x estar, ser and estar with preposition DE
  • abbreviations, irregular verbs with ñ and ll
  • review - Repaso I.

Teaching methods
During the classes will take place theoretical lectures and exercises of the discussed issues, it is also assumed that the students will do some preparation at home.
Assessment methods
Written examination aimed at testing the language skills and oral discussion to prove the ability of speaking.
