Course objectives
wider and deeper knowledge of Latin morphology and syntax; the ability to understand a complex Latin text; to discuss a chosen topic on one´s own

Miles Romanus (Declinatio 4 masc., adiectiva; comparativus); 4) Cap. XIII Annus et menses (numeri; Declinatio 5); 5) Cap. XIV Novus Dies(pronomina; participium praes. act.); 6) Cap. XV Magister et Discipuli (pronomina; verba omnium coniugationum act.); 7) Revision; 8) Cap. XVI Tempestas (verba deponentia; fieri; Ablativus absolutus); 9) Cap. XVII Numeri difficiles (quisque; verba omnium coniugationum pass.; numeri); 10) Cap. XVIII Litterae Latinae (numeri; adverbia); 11) Cap. Teaching methods
The subject is taught as a SEMINAR. This interactive course applies the teaching methods used in modern languages, class participation and home preparation are therefore necessary.
Assessment methods
Requirements for successful completion of the course: regular class attendance (students may miss 3 classes altogether); passing the final test (passing limit 70%). To be allowed to take exam, students have to pass a colloquium on selected topic.
