Course objectives
Yeast as a simple eukaryot cell. Cell and life cycle of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Genetic techniques. Mechanisms of regulation of transcription and translation in yeast. Recombination. Microtubule and actin cytoskeleton function. Cytoskeleton localized Translation.
