Předmět je určen především studentům fyziky se zaměřením na astronomii. U studentů je předpokládána znalost astronomie na úrovni bakalářského kursu.

Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to acquire integrated information view on evolution astronomy; to understand and analyze individual period of historical evolution astronomy science; to understand of importance of astronomy for development of technics and human society
