Course objectives
At the end of this course students should be able to perform kinesiological analysis of movement, diagnostic and to design suitable corrective exercises
Syllabus
  • Body posture with respect of the ontogenesis kinesiology (diagnostic and corrective exercises)
  • Core (deep stabilization) system: diagnostic and corrective exercises
  • Hyper mobility: type of hyper mobility, diagnostic, suitable exercises
  • Motor stereotypes: diagnostic, corrective exercises
  • Corrective exercises for people with sedentary life style
  • On the basis of the kinesiology analyze create exercise program oriented to the correction of onside load into the sport (volleyball, football, tennis...)
