Cíle předmětu
This one week intensive course will be specially focused on, but not limited to, the following areas: The Use of Force, International Humanitarian Law, Nationality, Refugee Law, Response of International Law to Trafficking and Smuggling of Human Beings. Each subject area discussed at the seminars will be followed by a case study in order to promote critical legal thinking and reasoning.
