The exam assesses student´s ability to
understand specialized texts/discourse
identify key ideas
formulate key ideas
transfer information from the text
talk on common topics and those related to their field of study
use argumentation
summarize a simple text related to their field of study
classify, descibe cause and effect, compare, define

  • Academic part (academic grammar, matching, logical linking, word formation, definitions...); Text analysis (topic relevant to the student´s field of study) - understanding the text: main idea, logical linking, true or false statements, synonyms... );

Náplní zkoušky JA001 je zvládnutí dovedností, které jsou obsahem nepovinných seminářů odborné angličtiny 01 a 02 (JAB01, JAC01, JAF01, JAG01, JAM01, JAZ01 a JA0B02, JAC02...) - viz sylaby jednotlivých semestrů. Absolvování těchto kurzů není podmínkou, ale doporučuje se.
