Parts of the final state examination and its content

The final state examination consists of a defense of the final thesis and a discussion on the content of the key profile courses and key theoretical profile courses.

Requirements of the study

Students must earn at least 120 credits during their studies. Of this, 51 credits from the compulsory subjects of the program, 20 credits for the diploma seminar (BSSn4408) and to obtain 4 credits for a minimum language competence in English (level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - SERR). Students must also obtain a minimum of 45 credits from the compulsory-elective subjects of the program. 5 credits from optional subjects can also be counted towards this number.
