Abstract

In 2005 an anonymous research was carried out questioning a pilot population sample of more than 300 students of two faculties MU (pedagogical and medical). It investigated the consummation of permitted and unpermitted addictive substances, selected addictive behavior, opinions and attitudes to drugs and social-economical status of respondents. This was a level of a representative study, which was carried out in 2006. Three quarters of the respondents had some experience with tobacco, more than three quarters regularly consume alcohol. Other often-used drugs were marihuana products. Approximately 40 % gained some experience with hashish, 10 % had smoked it with the last six month before the research. Lifelong experience with hashish was presented by 10 % of the respondents; in the previous six months about 4 % of the respondents have consumed it. Hard drugs were used occasionally, however their spectrum was wide. To undertake experimenting with drugs was mostly encouraged by friends, acquaintances. The main reasons were curiosity, gaining nice feelings, sociability, clearing stress. After alcohol and tobacco marihuana was the mostly abused drugs, its recreational consummation was highly tolerated.

V roce 2005 se uskutečnilo na pilotním populačním vzorku více než 300 studentů 2 fakult MU (pedagogické a lékařské) anonymní dotazníkové šetření, mapující konzumaci povolených i zakázaných návykových látek, vybrané návykové chování, názory a postoje ke drogám a socioekonomický status respondentů. Tvořilo předstupeň reprezentativní studie, která proběhla v r. 2006. Tři čtvrtiny oslovených měly za sebou zkušenost s tabákem, více než tři čtvrtiny pravidelně konzumovaly alkoholické nápoje. Další velmi často užívanými drogami byly produkty konopí. Přibližně 40 % souboru získalo již zkušenost s marihuanou, 10 % ji kouřilo v posledním půlroce před dotazováním. Celoživotní zkušenost s hašišem dosáhla 10 %, v posledních 6 měsících byl konzumován asi 4 % vzorku. Tzv. "tvrdé" drogy byly respondenty užity ojediněle, i když jejich spektrum bylo rozsáhlé. K experimentu se studenti nejčastěji odhodlali pod vlivem přátel, méně náhodných známých, k hlavním důvodům vyzkoušení drog patřila zvědavost, navození příjemných pocitů, snaha o družnost, odstranění stresu. Po alkoholu a tabáku se konopí řadilo k nejčastěji zneužívaným látkám, jeho rekreační konzumace byla v souboru velmi tolerována.
