Thesis objective: This thesis investigates the influence of emojis (emoticons) on inducing perceived purchase intentions.
Procedure and methods used: from a methodological point of view and subject to the research goal, the present research may use both quantitative (e.g., quasi-experiments, surveys, experiments, etc.) and qualitative (e.g., interviews) data collection methods, and rely on both primary and secondary data.
The research agenda should include: 1. Reviewing relevant and updated literature; 2. specifying the methodological approach; 3. Analyzing the results, 4. Discussion of findings and concluding remarks.
