Abstract
V této práci se věnujeme molekulárně-genetické charakterizaci dvou těsně vázaných genů MHC třídy II v divokých populacích myši domácí (Mus musculus). Srovnáváme signály selekce a míru diverzifikace mezi těmito geny a také mezi jejich ortology u dvou poddruhů myši domácí – M. m. domesticus a M. m. domesticus. Abstract
In this thesis we analyse molecular-genetic characteristics of two closely linked MHC class II genes in wild populations of the house mouse (Mus musculus). We compare signals of selection and patterns of diversification between these two genes and between their orthologs in two house mouse subspecies, Mus m. musculus and Mus m. domesticus.
