This study analyses the usage of artificial intelligence in the Nigerian healthcare system. The central objective of this thesis is to perform an in-depth examination of the application of smart services within Nigeria’s healthcare sector. The student will delve into the healthcare service system, identifying and evaluating key challenges within a chosen healthcare domain.
Following this, a comparative analysis will be conducted with similar African countries and possibly other global regions to understand different approaches and solutions. The student will focus on the integration of Smart Services, particularly those heavily reliant on ICT, and propose how a selected service could be implemented within Nigeria’s context. This study aims to provide actionable insights that could enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery in Nigeria.
