Abstract
To acquaint students with basic examination methods in internal medicine and with internal diseases.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to:
- have a basic overview of diseases of internal medicine;
- to describe the examination methods of individual internal medicine fields;
- be able to provide first aid;
- understand the connection and links between rehabilitation and medical interventions;
- apply physiotherapy as part of the treatment of diseases across the fields of internal medicine;
- design physiotherapy for patients with diseases related to internal medicine;
- propose an individual physiotherapy plan for a specific patient being treated at an internal clinic.
