- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Training of basic skills and theoretical knowledge of climbing.
- Syllabus
- Basic items and used instructions,aid and rope work, belay and climbing technique. 2 forms are offered: 1.Climbing - Climbing up the artificial climbing wall with the rope and other aids 2.Bouldering - climbing up short artificial walls without ropes, focused on the development of climbing techniques and strenght
