Course objectives
The aim of the Wellness Fit Programme is to support a healthy lifestyle with the help of active sports programme and to introduce and maintain a preventive and educational significance of physical activities and to support cultural awareness and instructional activities due to a tour around the spa town of Luhačovice situated in a beautiful countryside in the Bílé Karpaty and to taste the curative spa springs Vincentka, Amandka, Ottovka, dr.Šťastný. Students will get a great emotional experience of an active move thanks to the programme.
  • Schedule: 19 hours (25x45min)...16 hours of exercising + 1,5 hour of theory about healthy lifestyle + 2 hours of relaxing programme - sauna and jacuzzi Friday (7hours): 1hour of Pilates, 3 hours of Nordic Walking + outdoor fitness around the lake in Pozlovice, 2 hours of Aqua Gymnastics and Aerobics, Saturday (9hours): 1 hour of Fitness Yoga, 5 hours of Nordic Walking + hiking near and around Luhačovice, 1 hour of Aqua Gym and Aerobics, 1 hour of Movida or Core Training, + 2hours of relaxing programme – jacuzzi and sauna Sunday (3h): 1 hour of Pilates, 1 hour of Bodyform + Functional Training, 1 hour of Keep-fit Swimming

Wellness FIT Programme Course Date: 4.-6.11.2016 (Friday 4 pm - Sunday 2 pm/ 2 nights) Place: Luhačovice - Pozlovice Accommodation: HOTEL Adamantíno *** LUHAČOVICE – POZLOVICE next to Luhačovice lake, in double or triple rooms with half board (breakfast buffet) Date: 3-5.11.2017 Price: 1.300,- Czech crowns for obligatory Physical Education (codes p913 and ep913) , 1.900,- Czech crowns for optional Physical Education (code c913). Remember: you are registered for the course only after paying for the Wellness FIT Programme until 6.10.2017. You need to pay it personally to A. Pokorná or R. Vychodilová in their offices in the gym Pod hradem, Údolní 3, during their office hours which are displayed in the Information System MU. Lecturers: Mgr. Alena Pokorná, Ph.D., Mgr.
