Course objectives
Implementation of professional practice in organizations providing social services is an essential part of teaching social work students in the bachelor's degree. During their studies, students gradually choose from various types of practice, which form a comprehensive system of practical education. The course is an introduction to the existing system of field education for students of social work FSS MU Brno. The course aims to strengthen the preparation for the choice of the focus of the internship of bachelor's students and also to increase the resilience skills of students about the placement and future professional orientation. The intention is to acquaint students with a system of practice and supervision during the entire bachelor's study.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will understand the system of field education at the department and will have agreed fieldwork for the following semester.
