MP605Z Criminal Law I
The course is recommended primarily for students of master's degree in law. Basic knowledge of the subjects taught in the first six semesters is expected. Knowledge of English language is expected, as some of the study materials are available in this language.

Course objectives
The aim of this course, that should serve as an introductory one, is to explain selected issues of private and public law regulation of information technologies.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the student shall be able to understand basic concepts of private and public law regulation of information technologies and analyze and solve particular problems related to the discussed issues.

Assessment methods
To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to cumulatively meet the following conditions: - Active participation in the seminars (one absence allowed) – preparation in the form of studying the assigned study materials is assumed - Successful elaboration of 5 questionnaires following the seminars - Preparation of FIRAC annotation of case law and its presentation on seminars

ISP: To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to cumulatively meet the following conditions: - Successful elaboration of 8 questionnaires following the seminars - Preparation of two FIRAC annotations of case law
