Abstract
At the end of the course students should be able teach mathematics in the secondary school. Student will understand the methods and forms in mathematical education, formation of algebraic concepts, their definitions and their properties. Equation, system of equation, inequalities, function, combinatorics, probability, statistics.

At the end of the course students should be able to apply didactical knowledge in the praxis at secondary school. Approaches, practices, and methods used in teaching
Lecture. Group work on solving a selected problem. Mutual reflection on the procedures and solution of the problem. During the seminar, the student will present a model solution to a problem with an algebraic theme.
Method of verifying learning outcomes and course completion requirements
Sample development of a description of a teaching aid for the portfolio. Submission of preparation for a mathematics lesson. Written test with a required success rate of at least 80%. Colloquium.
