Course objectives
Advanced course of organic compounds analysis for students of chemistry. Identification of organic compounds on the base of comprehensive UV-VIS, FTIR, H-, C-NMR and MS data.
Syllabus
  • Jáké informace můžeme vyčíst z UV-VIS, IR, NMR a MS spektra. Struktura a její odraz ve spektru. Analýza spekter, zhodnocení získaných informací, předpověď pravděpodobné struktury neznámé látky, zpětné porovnání předpovezené struktury a spektrálních dat. Simulace protonových a uhlíkových spekter na PC, seznámení se software, jeho možnostmi a omezením.
